Inside BC Official Contest Rules & Regulations
Welcome to the BCSweet Spots New Members Contest! These rules govern your participation in our contest. By entering, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
This contest is open only to individuals who are legal residents of British Columbia and are aged 19 years or older at the time of entry and are registered as members of InsideBC.ca. Entrants under the age of 19 are permitted to participate, provided that a legal guardian claims any prize won on their behalf.
3. Contest Hosts and Sponsors:
- The contest is brought to you by the following entities (collectively or individually, the “Contest Sponsors”). AIDEO Network Solutions Inc. / InsideBC.ca (“IBC” ) is the Contest Host sponsor. Helijet and Hotel Grand Pacific (the “Sponsors”)
- Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Contest Sponsors, their parent or affiliated companies, the Contest Suppliers, the Contest Judges (if applicable), and any and all other companies associated with the contest, as well as those with whom the foregoing individuals reside, are not eligible to enter in this contest.
4. Entry Guidelines:
Participation is limited to one entry per day per member of the InsideBC Insiders Club.
While you may enter on multiple days, each entry must adhere to the one-entry-per-day rule.
3. Contest Duration
The contest concludes on January 15th 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
Any entries submitted after this date and time will not be considered.
The winner must claim their contest prize vouchers by January 31, 2025
4.Winner Verification
The Winner is required to present a valid photo ID and proof of identity to claim their prize.
By accepting the prize, winners consent to sign a promotional release form allowing Inside BC to use their name and photo in public media and marketing materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
InsideBC.ca and the prize sponsors of this contest, will bear no responsibility for the use or consequences that may arise from the use of the prizes, including any third-party use.
6. Prize Information
The winner of the #BCSweet Spots Contest will be eligible to receive two prize vouchers:
Two Nights Accommodation at the Hotel Grand Pacific in Victoria, including Breakfast
Prizes must be claimed with approved reservations between February 1st and April 30, 2026.
Roundtrip for Two on Helijet’s Scheduled Helicopter Service between Vancouver & Nanaimo.
7. Legal Note:
This Contest is subject to all municipal, provincial and federal laws in Canada.
